Dr. Issa is a proud member of the Barrhaven community and the owner of our trusted dental practice. After graduating in 1998, he continued his education in orthodontics and has been providing exceptional dental care for over two decades.
He is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and continually updates his knowledge to stay at the forefront of dental advancements—particularly in root canals, crowns, restorative, and cosmetic treatments. Fluent in Arabic, Dr. Issa warmly welcomes families and students and strives to make dental care accessible to all.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys playing soccer, hiking, and swimming.

Dr. Kamran completed his Bachelor of Science in Honours Biology at the University of Waterloo in 2013. He began his dental studies at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2017 before transferring to the University of Toronto, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2021.
Before moving to Ottawa, Dr. Kamran practised in New Brunswick, where he developed a strong interest in esthetic dentistry and implantology. He has completed advanced training in wisdom tooth removal, implant placement, gum grafting, minimal sedation, Bio clear techniques (anterior and posterior), soft tissue procedures, and CBCT interpretation.
Dedicated to service, he has volunteered on dental missions in Guatemala, providing care to underserved communities. Dr. Kamran is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centred care and continues to expand his skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for his patients.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys outdoor activities, exploring new cultures, and spending quality time with his wife and two children. If time and resources allowed, he would love to travel the world and immerse himself in diverse cultures and communities.
